    About the First Balkan Project Leadership Summit

    Balkan Project Leadership Summit is a joint initiative of the PMI Balkan Chapters in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Romania and North Macedonia.

    Its purpose is to provide visitors with the possibility to learn and share best practices from the region and discuss future joint projects. It will be the place for sharing of existing and new trends in Project Management, Project Leadership and Business Strategy.

    Project Management is one of the key pillars to achieving companies’ business goals. This summit will help companies improve this pillar. Network with top executives and managers from the Balkans, and establish new business contacts and friendship.


    Dragana Milojevic - Senior Consultant, Business Developer, MSc Electrical Engineer, PMP Trainer, CSM, PMO-CP, OTA Practitioner and Organizational Coach.

    Barbara Bregar - Mrzlikar - CEED Global Program Director.

    Goran Mrvos - mentor and advisor, who specializes in Leadership, Project Management, Software usability, Software consulting, Internet/On-line business – B2B and B2C eCommerce.

    Jasna Pleho - member of the board of directors and current president of the PMI Chapter in BIH.

    Marko Jagodič - Software R&D Engineer, Sales Manager, Business Manager, consultant, advisor and speaker.

    Wojciech Czyzewski -  expert in recovery of troubled projects with international track record across many industries, with over 10 years of experience delivering projects and managing project portfolios.

    Milan Šmigić - MScEE, PMP, PMO-CP, and a founding member of PMI Serbia Chapter.

    Snezhana Cherepnalkovska Dukovska - advisor in the Internal Audit Department in National bank of RNM and selected as assistant professor in field of computer science and informatics.

    Aleksandar Iloski - QualityAustria Trainer, Lead Auditor and Assessor in the field of Quality, Environment, Energy, Health and Safety, Risk Management, Business Continuity, IT Service and Information security standards.

    Kiril Buhov - M.Sc., Director of Operations and Information Technology Department in HALKBANK AD.

    Kosta Petrovski - LEAN Management experienced practitioner and trainer.

    Dejan Petkoski - Director of Information Systems and Technical Support Department in HALKBANK AD .

    During the conference, there will be a section covered by an expert from the Brightline™ Initiative.
