An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Flex Project Manager to join this leading Benefits Consultancy to direct multiple projects which will include elements of technology implementation, employee communication materials and scheme consultancy.



Leading the project team in gathering client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, you will identify the appropriate resources to meet project needs. As Project Manager, it will be your responsibility to identify and recommend contingency measures in conjunction with the consultant and advise team members to accomplish project goals, meet schedules and resolve any technical/operational issues whilst maintaining awareness on emerging technologies and project management techniques. These measures will ensure continuous best practice in the project management approach.



Client facing, this role requires someone who can build on this firms project management methodology so relevant experience of implementing project methodologies will be helpful. A hands on approach to project delivery is a must and the chosen candidate must be target and delivery focused with proven experience in a similar role from the Flexible Benefits industry. Salary will be dependant on experience plus a generous benefits package.

Project Manager - London

Salary: £37000 - £48000 per annum + car/allowance, health and pension

Description: An established main contractor currently has a requirement for a Project Manager to be involved in enabling works projects in Central London.



Working on a major rail scheme (worth in excess of £200m), the role will encompass managing several projects worth up to £10m each, namely civils works in association with track alterations and re-signalling.



Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following:



- Previous project management experience, ideally within the civils/rail sector.

- Enabling works experience would be a distinct advantage, although not essential.

- Strong understanding of CDM and HSQE

- Experience working in a main contractor environment.

- Good communication skills and experience of working both in the office and site.

- Eligible to work in the UK.



In return, my client will offer a basic salary of between £37-48,000 per annum plus car/allowance, pension, health, etc. Please note, standard working hours are 45 hrs per week.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, PROJECT MANAGEMENT - The Client, a large multinational CRO is currently recruiting for the post of Associate Director (AD) of Project Management. With report to the Executive Director, the purpose of this role is functional management of Project Managers (PMs; assumed to include all levels - PM, Senior PM, Principal PM and Project Director)



Duties and responsibilities:



- To Satisfy Customers, respect the needs of the organisations personnel and achieve overall financial goals (sales/repeat business, revenue and profitability).



For assigned projects:



- The Associate Director ensure the final and interim project deliverables meet the Customer's time/quality/cost expectations. For assigned PMs - the AD provides leadership, support and functional management



Position Scope:



- AD will be responsible for Customer satisfaction, sales/repeat business and profitability for projects within their Franchise. In order to achieve these aims, with some support as required from the Executive Director Project Management, ADs work globally with other groups within the organisation to develop new business and to deliver existing business in order to meet business goals.
