Role: Project Director



* At least 20 years of experience in projects within construction industry;

* Have worked at senior positions for large scale buildings projects such as Courthouses, Museums, Historical Centers, Libraries, theme parks etc

* At least 7 years of experience of program/project management, in the construction sector with strong construction management skills.

* Min 10 years International experience (ex own country) like in the Gulf countries.

* Experience in supervision of rehabilitation of Historical monuments

* Have acted as Project Director in at least one contract of technical supervision according to FIDIC Conditions of Contract or equivalent/ similar/comparable Conditions of Contract

* Should have a track record of providing direction & successfully managing programs with values greater than US$ 1 Billion.



Candidate must be very flexible in Relocation to be based in the areas of East Europe or Middle East, or North Africa or Russia/ ex-soviet countries.
