Synergy Business Solutions Acquired the Microsoft Dynamics SL Practice of Congruent Software Inc.

Synergy Business Solutions announced today it has acquired the Microsoft Dynamics SL practice of Congruent Software, a Bellevue, WA business technology provider. The move was necessary due to a change in Congruent Software’s business direction.
Microsoft Dynamics SL is integrated financial- and project-accounting software, particularly suited for project-driven organizations, that empowers companies to improve project management, job costing, cash flow, financial reporting, and collaboration.

All the clients are based in Washington State. In mid-October, Synergy and Congruent hosted a reception for the new clients to address the change and formally welcome the companies into Synergy Client Services. Cindy Smith, Synergy’s Client Services Manager, was on hand to introduce them to the logistics of the relationship and how to obtain great technical support.
