		<description>Graham-  Good point!  And I agree. Sadly, there is usually not enough emphasis placed up front (or time and resources) to put together a good plan on a project by project basis...but there should be.  And putting a UAT plan together or a general test plan is not enough and certainly not the same thing.

The downside of this approach is that quality can never improve at the project or even PMO level, and is treated as a delivery &#039;add-on&#039;.

The quality plan should be a practical document giving direction and not the result of hours of ISO cut-and-paste sessions!</description>
