I think on some of those characteristics, though, if you can NEVER learn them or acquire them then it may not work for that particular person as a PM. But, as you said, we were all rookies and we all still fail from time to time...hopefully just not as often as early on (and yes, everyone has project failures). Thanks! Brad Primoz-
