Pat - thanks for sharing and thanks for the comment. Bringing in fresh eyes and ideas is often a good thing and can help an organization out quickly on a failed practices or implementations or just to keep them going down the right path. Some in the organization may see it as a threat, but progress can be threatening to some...unfortunately. Thanks again.

Excellent information here. Utilizing outside services such as growth management companies and products make a great difference in productivity and continuity. I agree with the last poster. Here is a design layout for a boardroom, for example, from companies that offer creative help, like this for the product as well as tips for managing your office. http://www.nefsis.com/Best-Video-Conferencing-Software/video-conference-room-design.html

Brad, I like this post as it stress the necessity for Entrepreneurs to accept external help, to even grow faster. The trap is to feel that because you have been successful by looking over all areas and details of your business that there is no reason it should not continue. Unfortunately it can be a hard lesson learned for whom does not switch gear as a leader and does not understand that he or she have to let it go for a while to become stronger.
Nice post. Thanks Brad
