However, with post-hoc management that’s impossible because they would literally have absolutely no say in the management of the company. No, everything isn’t perfect and yes – you are the one who has to take responsibility for it all but you can’t because you can’t be argued with. The former can’t express their opinion while the latter won’t be able to determine the problem areas properly as they won’t have the fresh insight of a third party and that’s when the issues are going to begin.
