Project Management Choosing a CMS tool Published on 27 January 2009 - Revised on If you have ever been part of a team tasked with the responsibility of choosing a CMS application for your KM ( or otherwise ) initiative you probably know the effort involved in trying to identify an application suited to your needs. For the record I’d like to say, ideally, it would be in the initiatives best interests to design a KM application from the ground up ( using existing components where available ) .
