		<description>Brad, I like the way you characterise agile as outcomes based. Traditional methods have elements that Agile (being younger) has adopted and built upon, such as the analysis, design, built, test and review.  

I favor the hybrid approach where traditional methods provide the macro environment or context for the agile assisted sub-tasks. You need the rigor of gate traditional reviews that assure accountability and help govern project cost and scope.</description>
