I found it really interesting that you differentiated between a BA and a senior BA. What other differences are there? I came across another article about senior business analysts that suggest they also define Target Operating Models. Would you count this as something only seniors can do?

Anna, thanks for the question. I think that different organisations define responsibilities and job titles differently. Someone who does not have a title of 'senior' may be perfectly capable of defining TOMs. It really depends on the individual.
