Thanks for this. I&#039;m not surprised at all at point 6, given that the article is written by the CEO of a hosted-solution company.  The article itself is useful for people looking for ideas on how to narrow down a shortlist of vendors, but don&#039;t get confused between PPM and a piece of software.  Having a software solution doesn&#039;t equal &#039;doing&#039; PPM.</description>
